The first time I met Wayne was at the grove at hickory valley. I was the new leasing agent there. It was a Saturday and sweet Wayne came to help that day, I had a move in and it hadn’t been clean from our vendors. He went to help me clean that apartment with no hesitation. From that point we remained close friends. He was one of these amazing human beings your fortunate to meet once in a lifetime. I loved him dearly. He will be truly missed but never forgotten.
