Vivian was a VERY genuine and sweet woman! Every time I seen her - she would bless me with her beautiful smile and a tight hug. She was ALWAYS positive. We never parted ways without her giving me words of encouragement. Sweet Vivian, Rest Well with the Lord.
I worked with Vivian at Erlanger hospital for many years she was the sweetest person if you ever wanted a dear friend she was there by your side she will truly be missed God has truly gained a angel. God be with their family and friends during this sad time.

I was saddened to hear of Viv's passing. She worked with me for several years at Erlanger. She was one of the sweetest and kindest persons. It was a pleasure to know her. I have her family in my prayers through this sad time.
