I worked for many years with Shirley at CHI Memorial. Shirley was a positive light in a busy work environment. She was always willing to fill in when others were sick or out for other reasons. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to get the work done. She had a true "servant's heart" and was always looking out for others. Even though I moved on to work in another department, Shirley would always run to greet me if she saw me at the main hospital. She was a special friend; she will be missed but not forgotten.
