Tip was the best neighbor ever!! Before we had an organized Neighborhood Sparkle Day, he patrolled the streets picking up litter on the roadside and entranceway. He will be missed🥲. Great personality♥️

Robert Lee Tipton was a part of our exercise group who met Tuesdays and Thursdays at Erlanger Health System’s Chattanooga Lifestyle Center. Robert, was one of the lively members of our group that always shared jokes, his words of wisdom and take on world events, local news and sports! He will be greatly missed!
Condolences are sent to his family on behalf of us all!
