Crystal, Mitch, and Lisa I am deeply sorry for the loss of "Chap." A great husband, father, grandfather, and friend among other titles. We will truly miss him and that crazy sense of humor and infectious laugh. Although we never got to be on the pastoral anniversary committee together where we vowed to make sure there would always be chocolate on the menu if nothing else, we still had our share... LOL!! Love you guys!

I remember when I met Mitchel in the ICU at Summit Medical Center. He was filling in but also replacing to some degree Chaplain Tim. So, I wondered if he was going to be able to replace our beloved previous Chaplain. To my surprise Mitchel was not a "stick in the mud" but he ended up being very engaging and funny. He was so personable, funny, quick witted, smart, well-mannered and well dressed. Chaplain Mitchel ended up being our go to and he kept us laughing and consoled us when we cried as ICU Nurses. We kept in touch when I left for a smaller ICU so I am praying for the family he loved, the Church family and all the Nurses, Doctors and other staff thru out Summit Medical Center who got to experience his awesome funny spirit he always exhibited. He was always respectful and kind even when others were not. It's what we all should strive to be. Well Mitchell was that. I will miss our banter and miss my friend in Christ Jesus but I thank God for him touching my life, my son in law's life thru counsel and so many others lives all while wishing us "Choice Blessings". Thank You Family for sharing him with the rest of us. Debbie Rogers RN
