Leonard James Gibson, Sr.'s Obituary
Leonard James Gibson, Sr., 70, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, July 31, 2020 in a Marietta, Georgia hospital. He was a retired Yeoman Senior Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherley and Celia Gibson; and sister, Juanita Myricks. Survivors include his fiancé of 4 years, Trina Robinson; son, Leonard (Jenn) Gibson, Jr. of Chula Vista, CA; daughter, Jennifer Gibson of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren; brothers, Joseph (Brenda) Gibson, Sr. and Orlando Gibson; sisters, Jehann (Alvin) ArRahmaan and Shirley Hampton, all of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives and friends. Pastor Alfred Hawkins as will serve the eulogist.
