Pat Martell
Our entire family is so saddened to hear of La Vonia's passing. She was such a loving and caring person. La Vonia was one of my first friends after becoming a ministerial spouse. From the first time we met in 1992 we just clicked. I always looked forward to the joint meetings with the pastors and their families as well as the ministerial spouse retreats because I knew I would see La Vonia. We had wonderful times together. The last time I saw her I was being treated at a lifestyle center and to my surprise she was working there. That was in 2018, I saw La Vonia everyday during my stay there and we had a great time. I will always cherish those memories. To Kenneth and the entire family please accept our deepest condolences, you are in our prayers.
