I enjoyed so much talking to Mrs. Yates. I haven't seen her in a while, but i use to love when I got to see her and Mr. Yates. I didn't know he has passed. I am sorry for your loss, I will be praying for you all. I had met a niece one time but i dont recall her name. Amy Thrower

Rev Yates memory will live on in our church as we reflect on the beautiful baptismal mural she painted. Such a beautiful artist and woman of God. Peace and comfort to the family.
Rev. Yates was a wonderful and sweet person. When I was young, she was my Sunday School teacher and she would draw the most beautiful illustrations for our lessons and she was so generous to let us take them home. She was truly a gifted Christian teacher. I always loved to go to her Sunday School class or hear her preach. She will be missed. I hope that her family can find comfort during this time. Our prayers are with them.
