Mrs. Moorman was my 10th grade English teacher in 1982 and she was caring, inspiring and unforgettable. A consummate educator and beautiful person, she helped us remember that each of us was Somebody. I am delayed in seeing her obituary and posting this, but I send my sincerest condolences.
Helen was a talented educator, loving wife and parent, and a child of God with a magnetic personality. She leaves us with the words of Maya Angelou: And when great souls die,

Mrs. Moorman was lovely lady of honor and integrity. So very caring and thoughtful to all of our Office. A Lady who loved her Family and Friends. Our Office always enjoyed her kindness and good hearted conversations.
I am certain her family will miss her laughter, good nature and compassion.
