Mr. Roosevelt was a neighbor to the Woodard family for over 40 years. He shared his time and talents not only to the Woodards but to all of the neighbors. We will miss his great attention to the business of the neighborhood to make it a better and safe for all of us to enjoy. Mr. Roosevelt welcomed all of the newcomers to the neighborhood and stayed in touch with the old ones. Traditionally, Mr. Roosevelt would receive his coconut layer cake at Christmas.. We will miss preparing and presenting him with his cake. Mr. Roosevelt, your presence will truly be missed. You truly have received your reward in heaven.
