It's with deep sadness to hear of Ethel passing but as we all know Heaven has received a wonderful angel we met in 1968 when we moved next door to her and her family we grew close over the years and even though distance became between us we still spoke from time to time when ever I was back in Chattanooga I made it my business to go visit my friend we shared a whole lot lots of love lots of Tears but most of all the George Jesus loving God and trust in him was her first priority she loved to read especially anything pertaining to the word of God at the will be truly missed but again Heaven has received blessed angel and they will definitely enjoy her beautiful smile I'll miss you my friend with a broken heart I miss you already but I know you're at peace now and that makes me happy I love you Elsa Joyce Brown Chris Brown LOL that's how we used to greet each other with our maiden names and married names God bless the family praying for your strength

Ethel and I have been friends since we were 16 years old, when we were at Brainerd High School. We continued our friendship over the years. I will miss you sooo much. Love and miss you until we meet again. Annette Few

I am so sad to hear of Ethel's passing. She was a member of my graduating class of 1974 at Brainerd High School. She was sweet and loving and had the warmest smile that would brighten your day if you were sad. Please accept my deepest and sincerest condolences to her family and friends. Too many of our loved ones are passing away, but they will soon hear Jesus' voice to come out of the memorial tombs.
