Willie Payne Mathis, 75, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, April 15, 2020 in a local healthcare facility. He attended Howard High School. He retired from Accu-Cast Foundry after many years of service. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ethel I. Mathis. Survivors include his fiance’, Wilma Poole; sons, Gregory Brown of Honolulu, Hawaii and Reginald Craddock, Sr. of Chattanooga; daughters, LaBridget (James) Moore, Sharon L. Fortson, Sonia L. Holloway, and Tracy M. Conway, all of Chattanooga; a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
