William Thomas Robinson, Sr.'s Obituary
William Thomas Robinson, Sr. 70, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, October 9, 2023, in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Howard High School. William was formerly employed by Koch’s Food. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Ruth Robinson, Sr.; siblings, Charles Robinson, Leroy Robinson, Jr., Claude Robinson, Freddie Lee Harris, Martha Robinson, and Joyce Robinson; and son, Dayn Ross. Survivors include his sons, Desmond Jarrett and William Robinson, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV; daughters, LaCresha Robinson, Tameka Stallion, Onita Stallion, Stephanie (Nathan) Carter, Mercedes Tucker, and Brittany Sales; 17 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Robinson; a devoted sister and caretaker, Mildred Robinson; a loving and devoted longtime partner, Rita Banks; a host of stepchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. He will lie-in-state on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel.
