William Daniel Drew's Obituary
William Daniel Drew, 89, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, August 29, 2020 in a local hospital. He was a retired veteran of the Air Force. He also retired from the Chattanooga Public School System. William was preceded in death by his grandmother, Martha McConell; grandfather, Lee McConell; mother, Ollie Richardson; father, Bill Drew, brother, Daniel Drew; and wife, Margaret R. Drew. Survivors include his children, Damita Drew Favors of Chattanooga, Delnise Drew (Joseph) Moore of Oak Ridge, TN, and Dexter (Dr. Keith Clarke) Williams of Houston, TX; 5 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Richards of Chattanooga; niece, Charlotte Young; nephew, James Richards both of Chattanooga; other relatives and friends. Pastor Robert Tate will be giving the words of comfort.
