Virginia Ann Kelley, 86, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024, at her residence. She attended Howard High School class of 1955. She was a member of East Third Street Church of Christ. Survivors include daughter, Regina Kelley-Starr; son, Kirk L. Kelley; daughter, Margaret L. Kelley, all of Chattanooga. Her graveside service will be Friday, February 16, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in Highland Memorial Gardens.
