Victor Blackwell's Obituary
Victor Blackwell, 55, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022, in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Howard High school. He later went on to attend UTC, where he studied Electrical engineering. Victor was a Self-Employed Handyman for many years. He specialized in Carpentry, Cabinetry, and Mechanics. He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Lee and Louise Blackwell; and sisters, Cynthia Blackwell-Hazelrig and Angela Blackwell. Survivors include his son, Victor Blackwell; brothers, Johnny Lee (LaSharon) Blackwell Jr., Ronald Blackwell, Antonio Blackwell, and Shawn “Phil” Stiggers all of Chattanooga; aunts, Mildred (Bill) Jones of Atlanta, GA, and Patricia Blackwell of Chattanooga; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
