Tawon Lebron Billups, Jr., 21, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021. He was a 2019 graduate of Howard High School. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sharonda Featherstone. Survivors include his daughter, T’Arri Billups; father, Tawon Billups, Sr.; mother, Lakeesha Featherstone; grandparents, Kay (Henry) Reed, Vincent Featherstone, and Jimmy Martin; a host of aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Ronald Tucker will serve as the eulogist.
