Tadzia Jackson's Obituary
Tadzia “Tee Tee” Aikera Jackson, 48, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2023, at a local hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She was a 1993 graduate of Howard High School. Tadzia obtained her Associate’s degree in Psychology from Chattanooga State, her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and her Master’s degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University. She was a member of St. Matthew’s Primitive Baptist Church. Tadzia was preceded in death by her father, Theodore Williams; mother, Dovie Woods; brother, Donte Long; grandmother, Mary Jim Woods; aunts, Patricia Ann Clark and Mary Jean Woods; and uncles, Eddie Woods and Larry Woods; mother-in-law, Lucy Baulding. Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Kevin Jackson, Sr.; sons, Kedrick Jackson, Tobias Williams, and Kevin Jackson, Jr., all of Murfreesboro; daughters, Keora Jackson of Murfreesboro and Antiona Jones of Chattanooga; 6 grandchildren; brothers, La Darren Long (Robyn) of Chattanooga, Larry Woods (Jericka) of Murfreesboro, Karl Williams of Chattanooga, and Thadus (Roxanna) Williams of Indianapolis, IN; uncles, Gary Woods of Smyrna, GA and Daniel Woods, Jr. of Chattanooga; brother-in-law, Cedric (April) Baulding; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Tadzia will lie-in-state on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 12 noon in the chapel with Pastor Clyde Sanderfer as the eulogist. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery
