Sonya Yvette Tucker's Obituary
Sonya Yvette Tucker, 57, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 in a local hospital. She was a1982 graduate of Howard High School. She attended Sharon Pentecostal Deliverance Church. Sonya was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Tucker; mother, Henrietta Parrish Common Cash; grandparents, Clyde and Virginia Parrish and Frank and Mamie Common; and sister, Alethea McCain. Survivors include her son, Mario (Ernestine) Common; daughter, Jameka (Greg Hampton) Tucker; grandchildren, Keyonté Common, Javontae Doyle, and Honesty Williams; father, Frank Common, Jr.; brothers, Frank “Vernon” Common and David Lee, all of Chattanooga; sister, Alfreda (Walter) Fletcher of Ooltewah; niece, Shanice Common; nephews, Jermichael Campbell and David Lee, Jr.; devoted friend, Arthur Derrick; a host of other relatives and friends.
