Sim Bullard, Jr., 66, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 20, 2020. He was a member of New Mt. Carmel Baptist Church where he served as a Trustee and musician. He is survived by his devoted daughter, Cry Read Obituary

Mr. Ballard sat next to me at dialysis we would talk and laugh he told me about all his kids and ex wife he was straight forward I remember once he came in the lobby I spoke he spoke then they called him back when they called me back I spoke again 😂 I was messing with him he said dang Chris you already spoke once 😂😂😂😂 I was rolling he couldn't do nothing but laugh and we was really close after he would encourage me to stay my whole treatment I'm gone miss him he died March 20th the day before my birthday 😢😢😢
