Mrs. Sharonda Alese Featherstone's Obituary
Sharonda Alese Featherstone, 51, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at her residence. She was a 1986 graduate of Brainerd High School. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Quest College. Sharonda was a member of Mt. Canaan Baptist Church. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She was employed with BCBST as a Manager of Provider Incentive. Sharonda was preceded in death by her mother, Francena Craighead. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Vincent Featherstone; daughter, Ashley (Justice) Azeez; stepdaughter, LaKeshia Featherstone, all of Chattanooga; father, Fred (Christina) Allen of Nashville, TN; brother, Justin Allen of Nashville; sisters, DeAndra Allen of Nashville and Lachelle Allen of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends. She will lie-in-state on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 9 a.m. at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church. An Omega Serivce will be held at at Mt. Canaan Baptist Church with Minister Ternae Jordan, Jr. as the eulogist. Burial in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
