Serena Renee Sims' Obituary
Serena “Stacey” Renee Sims, 47, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, February 9, 2024, in a local hospital. She attended Brainerd High School. Survivors include her sons, Eric L. Lane and Edric L. Lane; daughters, Mariah B. Lane and Destiny A. Lane, all of Chattanooga; granddaughter, Jiraiya Williams; father, Willie Dillard; mother, Geneva Sims of Chattanooga; brothers, Jonathan K. Sims and Antonio Sims, both of Chattanooga; uncle, Daniel Sims of Chattanooga; aunts, Grace and Bernice, both of Lanett, AL; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Serena will lie-in-state on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
