Sarah Elizabeth Cotton, 77, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 at her residence. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mattie Williams; brother, Donald Williams; and sister, Ruby Williams. Pastor Derek Vinson will serve as the eulogist.
