Sandra Faye Kirk, 61, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2023, in a local hospital. She was born on December 1, 1961 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to Glastus and Alberta Kirk Thompson. Sandra was employed as an Inspector of ice cream cones for a short time. She was preceded in death by her father, Glastus Kirk; mother, Alberta Kirk Thompson; brothers, Curtis Kirk, Jr. and Anthony Lebron Kirk; sister, Jacqueline Diane Kirk Watkins. Survivors include her devoted, loving, caring, sister, Brenda Hudgins; nieces, Treshia Kirk, Patrice Colvin, and Yashia Watkins, nephew, Thomas Watkins, Jr.; sister-in-law, Crystal Kirk; loving and devoted friend, Greg Bumpass; friends, Deborah Johnson, Tiana Johnson, and Sparkle Johnson; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Sandra will lie-in-state on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 12:30-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. There will be no funeral service.
