Sandra Elaine Kelley, 63, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2022, at her residence. She was a graduate of Howard High School Class of 1977. Sandra was preceded in death by her mother, Eunice Poe; father, Daniel Caperton; husband, James Moore; brothers, Jimmy Poe and Larry Poe; sister, Shirley Lee; nephews, Terrance Poe, Sr., Esmond Sparks, Sr. and Tony Poe, Jr. Survivors include her son, Orlando Spratling, Sr.; daughter, Tinica Caperton; 12 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Anthony Poe, Gregory Poe, and Tony Poe; sister, Linda Poe (Charles) Roberts; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
