Rufus Thrasher's Obituary
Rufus Thrasher, Sr., 88, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at his residence. He was a member of Hillsboro Baptist Church in Statham, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his son, Rufus Thrasher, Jr. and granddaughter, Rochelle Charles. Survivors include his sons, Ruebin Thrasher, Henry (Ventia) Louis, and Rodney Thrasher; daughters, Sandra Sanford, Rolette (Timothy) McClinic, and Jessica Thrasher; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandson; 16 nieces; 14 nephews; a host of other relatives and friends. Pastor Ronald Cook, Sr. will be the eulogist.
