Rosita Pearl Willis' Obituary
Rosita Pearl Willis, 49, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 in a local hospital. She was a 1989 graduate of Highland Springs High School. She earned her Master’s degree from Strayer University. Rosita was employed with Brookdale Senior Living, Incorporated as an Operations Specialist. Survivors include her daughter, Shayla Tiombae Willis; two grandchildren, Parker Jerome Williams and Rylen Jaynes Williams, all of Chattanooga; brothers, Robert (Sylvia) Day of Columbia, SC, William Willis of Washington, DC, Vanderrick (Mildred) Willis and Michael Willis, both of Richmond, VA, and Kevin Willis of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Deborah Frye of Richard, VA, Lydia Ballard (Jimmy)Williams of New Port News, VA, Rita Steen of Columbia, SC, Cassandra Willis of Dallas, TX, Bernadette (Luther) Tyus, Jr. and Tonia Peebles, both of St. Louis, MO; an incredible amount of nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; special friend, Alisha Thorpe-Hall and Roger Thiele, Vice President of Administration of Brookdale Senior Living Communities. Elder Deborah Frye will serve as the eulogist.
