Rosa Eva Griffin's Obituary
Rosa Eva Griffin, 84, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023, in a local healthcare facility. She was a devoted wife and loving mother. Rosa was preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Nannie Johnson; husband, James Griffin; daughter, Yvette Griffin; sister, Myrtle Cunningham; and brother, Otis Johnson. Survivors include her sisters, Vernessa Johnson of MI and Dorothy Johnson of NC; nieces, Gwendolyn Moore of NC, Cynthia Johnson Of MD, Alexis Gaines of TN; nephews, Michael Cunningham of TN, Derwin Jones of MI, Edwin Jones of VA, Juan Johnson of MD, and Tylor Terry of TN; a host of other relatives and friends. Family reflections for Rose will be Friday, July 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Pastor George Maize giving Words of Comfort.
