Robin M. Jackson's Obituary
Robin Michelle Jackson, 65, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023, in a local hospital. She was a graduate of Central High School. Robin was a member of Hawkinsville Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir until her health declined. She spent her life working as a caregiver for over 30 years, retiring from Community Options. Robin was preceded in death by her husband, Harold A. Jackson; and parents, Benny and Sally Sledge. Survivors include her daughters, Shalawn (James) Worbington and Kim Jackson, both of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Dierra (Tyrus) Truss, Kiana Jackson, and Darius Worbington, all of Chattanooga; brother, Benny M. (Anita) Sledge of Greenville, SC; special cousin; Tangy Richie of Chattanooga; lifelong friend, Emma Perkins of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.Pastor Bobby Hampton will serve as the eulogist.
