Rickie Lewis Griffin, 69, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022, in a local hospital. He was a graduate of Howard High School. He was preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Griffin; parents, John and Marion Gilmore; brothers, Calvin Gilmore, Algie Griffin, Sherman Griffin, Lebron Griffin, and John Gilmore. Survivors include his daughters, Marion Griffin of Baltimore, MD, Richela Griffin, and Rikee Gibson, both of Chicgao, IL; brother, Reggie Gilmore of Chattanooga; sisters, Lois Andrews of Atlanta, GA, Mary Johnson of Cleveland, OH, Judy Garner of Ooltewah, and Brydale Buchannan of Cleveland, OH; also left to cherish are Charles Jones, Curtis Stallings, Clifford Bryant, Otis Babbs, Patricia Carter, and Michelle Gibson. Pastor Brandon Malone will be the eulogist.
