Richard Lee Williams, “Bullet”, 64, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, December 14, 2020 in the Hospice Care Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Charlie Williams and Lillie Jenkins Williams; two sisters, Theresa Ann Williams and Joycelyn Claire Williams; grandparents, Richard Lee Jenkins and Jessie Gotcher Jenkins; great-grandmother, Mrs. Lillie Gotcher Patterson; maternal grandparents, Richard Charlie Williams and Marie Williams Foster; aunts, Mary Cecelia Twilley and Lowenstein Smith; two uncles, Leo Foster and Herman Dennis Jenkins. Survivors include one son, Richard Lebron Jackson; granddaughter, Shameshia Jackson; great-great-granddaughter, Kailani Jackson; sisters, Mrs. Lathetta W. Havis, Vanessa Faye Williams, and Tyna DeShawn Dixson; brother, Ollice Aaron Williams; uncles, Robert Lee (Mary) Jenkins and Johnny Claude Jenkins; aunt, Pauline Jenkins; five nieces; two nephews; four great-nieces; seven great-nephews; two great-great-nephews; one great-great-niece; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends. There will be no service.
