Peggy Joyce Owens' Obituary
Peggy Joyce Owens, 69, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, October 8, 2021, in the home of her niece in Rossville, Georgia. She was a 1969 graduate of Howard High School. Peggy was formerly employed by Memorial Hospital and she attended Phillip’s Temple. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Clairese Owens; and sister, Juliette Harrison. Survivors include her nieces, Roxanne (George) Christopher of Rossville, GA and Tracey (Sam) of Chattanooga; nephew, William Harrison, Jr. of Chattanooga; other relatives and friends. There will be no service.
