Noland Rivers' Obituary
Noland Rivers, 61, born June 10, 1959 to Barbara Ann Rivers and Joe L. Willingham. He passed on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in the Hospice Care Center. He was a lifelong resident of Chattanooga. Noland attended the Chattanooga School System. He was employed with Ed Manz Hosiery for many years. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Willingham, Sr.; grandparents, Frontcee and Alma Rivers, Sr.; brothers, Donnie Moore and Ronnie Carter; uncle, Frontcee Rivers, Jr.; and aunt, Constance Rivers Shaheed. Survivors include his sons, Trammell Woods, Nolandus Sims, and Noland F. Rivers; daughter, Nolinda Garner of Town Creek, AL; five grandchildren; mother, Barbara Rivers; brothers, Adrian (Greta) Hayes, Michael Douglas, Derryk Willingham, all of Chattanooga, and Kevin Willingham of Fort Lauderdale, FL; sister, Diane Campbell of Augusta, GA; aunts, Nadine Rivers of Sahaurita, AZ, Patricia Jennings, Lavonia Rivers, Alfreda Smith, and Cheryl Jordan, all of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
