Nicole Elizabeth Bell's Obituary
Nicole Elizabeth Bell, 53, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023, in a local hospital. She was a graduate of City High School, where she played basketball. She also was a track star and known as “Ball Beck”. Nicole was preceded in death by her parents, Harrison Bell, Sr. and Barbara Beck; grandparents, Mae Emma Bell and Helen Beck; aunt, Carolyn “Frosty” Alexander. Survivors include her son, Ellis Orr, III of Chattanooga; 6 grandchildren; brothers, Carlton Bell and Harrison, Bell, Jr., all of Chattanooga; sisters, Melicha Calhoun, Jennifer Beck, both of Chattanooga, Tabitha Bell and Tiffany Bell, both of Wichita, KS; aunt, Gloria “Red” Beck of Chattanooga; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives; best friends, Kim Brown, LaKesha Vinson, Coco Rose, and Kiesha Russell. Nicole will lie-in-state on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Burial in Highland Memorial Gardens.
