Napolean "Red" Morgan's Obituary
Napoleon “Red” Morgan, 74, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2019 in a Hospice Care Center. He was a 1963 graduate of Howard High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvester and Fannie Morgan. Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Betty Morgan; son, Clarence (Anna) Mitchell; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren, all of Chattanooga; brothers-in-law, Claude Johnson and James Johnson, both of Georgia; sisters-in-law, Lisa Mitchell, Francis Johnson, both of Georgia, Sandra Gordon, Joyce Johnson, Dorothy (William) Chalk, and Renita Johnson, all of Chattanooga; a host of nephews; nieces; other relatives and friends.
Visitation
Napoleon will lie-in-state Tuesday, October 1, 2019 after 12:30 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Celebration of Life
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at 12 noon in the chapel with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. Burial in Lakewood Memory Gardens, East.
