Montine Kelley, 84, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2026, in her residence. She will lie-in-state on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 12 noon in the chapel. Burial in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
