Meredith Coyell “Nycole” Woodruff-Tyson, 43, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025, in a local hospital. She was preceded in death by daughter, De’Asia Woodruff Tyson and sister, Delories Flemming. Those left to cherish her memories include her husband of 20 years, Darrell Tyson; son, Zaiden Woodruff; daughters, Niyonna Tyson, Shaniyah Tyson, and Destiny Tyson; father, Meredith Coy (Valarie) Woodruff; mother, Lorrie Flemming; brothers, Yuseff Woodruff, Quincy Mills, Meredith Coy Woodruff, Jr., Meredith Coy Bell, Jarrett Coy Woodruff, Joseph Reid, Damien Snow, and Frederick Snow; sisters, La’Coyah (Tony) Smith, Chelsea Woodruff, Coryn Atkinson, and Arie Henderson; uncles, Maurice Woodruff, George Woodruff, Michael Perdue, Clarence Johnson; aunts, Fanny Mae Perdue, Diane Baine Woodruff, Sharon Johnson, and Rosemary Flemming; other relatives and friends. Meredith will lie-in-state on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel with Mr. George Woodruff as the Eulogist. Burial in Highland Memorial Gardens.
