Martha Ann Ross' Obituary
Martha Ann Ross, 73, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 in the Hospice Care Center. She was born November 25, 1947, to the late James and Mary Ellar Gordon. She was a 1965 graduate of Howard High School. After working for several years, Martha, found her passion as an entrepreneur, where she continued operations until her latter days. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Ross; son, Sedrick Allen Sr.; sisters, Linda Gordon, and Margaruth Hammonds; brothers, Leonard Boykins, James Gordon Jr., Benjamin Gordon, Harold Jackson, and Edward Jackson. Survivors include her daughters, Drusilla Allen and Cynthia Smartt; 16 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; sisters, Suzanne Celestine and Margerine Ramsey; brothers, Sammy Jackson, Robert Jackson, and James Lee Gordon; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Donald Rollins will be the eulogist.
