Margaret Ann “Wheatie” Vinson, 68, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, June 18, 2021 at her residence. She was a member of New First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Augustus Sturdivant; sons, Gregory (Tamara) Vinson, Sr. of Atlanta, GA and Marlon (Sylvia) Vinson of Chattanooga; daughter, Kimberly Vinson of Chattanooga; 18 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; mother, Amelia Vinson; brothers, Mose Vinson and Derek (Doris) Vinson; sisters, Lila Vinson, Brenda Vinson, Debra Vinson, and Linda Hicks, all of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Dexter Cummings will serve as the eulogist.
