Marcus DeVallon Nelson's Obituary
Marcus DeVallon Nelson, 52, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, July 17, 2023, at his residence. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wesley Nelson; grandmothers, Letha Nelson and Dorothy Smith; father, Thomas Nelson, Sr.; and stepfather, RT Bolden. Survivors include his wife, April Stoudemire; daughter, Alexus Sadaysha Farrar; mother, Arletra Bolden, both of Chattanooga; brothers, Thomas (Wanda) Nelson, Jr. of Nashville, Brian (Keisha) Nelson, and Richard Bolden, both of Chattanooga; sisters, LeShundria Nelson, Candace (Carlos) Benton, and Paris Bolden, all of Chattanooga; several uncles; aunts; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 12 noon at Resurrected Baptist Church with Pastor Darryl Smith as the eulogist. Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga, Inc.
