Lueatha Dixie's Obituary
Lueatha Dixie, 79, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, October 24, 2022, in a local hospital. She was a graduate of Lakeview High School. She was the owner of Lou’s Snack Shop. Lueatha was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel Dixie; parents, Robert and Essie Fennell; brothers, Woodrow Fennell and Billy Fennell; sister, Laverne Hampton; and son, Terrence Dixie. Survivors include her son, Cedric Wilkerson of Chattanooga; granddaughters, Takaya Dixie, Caniyah Wilkerson, and Jamiracle Everhart all of Chattanooga; great-granddaughter, Camryn Herbert of Chattanooga; brother, John Fennell; sisters, Marvalene Walker of Chattanooga and Eddie Mae Simpson of Guntersville, AL; nephews, Anthony Looney, Brain Hampton, both of Guntersville, and Marquist Keith of Chattanooga; nieces, Patrina Fennell and Tyonna Fitch, both of Chattanooga; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Pastor Stephen Gilchirst will serve as the eulogist.
