A poem to Mom.
A mother of grace, inspiring us all.
With wisdom, love, and healing hands. She led the way, for you and me.
Teaching us to walk, in God’s will in every way.
Her spirit shines bright, a beacon of light,
Leading us gently, from darkness to God.
A spiritual mother, so steadfast and true,
Her faith in the Lord was a beautiful sight. Oh, Yes, she loved the Lord.
From glory to glory, she now rests above, She has seen Jesus face-to-face.
Wrapped in the arms of God’s love.
Today she’s gone, but her legacy lives on,
In the hearts she touched, in the lives she changed.
We honor her memory, and give thanks to God,
For the countless souls, she helped to raise.
Her time on earth has reached its end,
But her spirit lives on, in the words she spoke. Jesus is coming and God Loves us all.
Great was her faith, and great was her love, If you knew her, she talked about God. Call Mom, she’ll pray for you. Remember these words
(I just love all of y'all.) A mother too many a friend indeed. In our hearts, she will forever stay. Guiding us still, in God’s holy way.
I am praying God's strength and comfort to Mrs Lucille Davis Williams family. Mrs Lucille ( as I called her) had a gentle, peaceful and sweet spirit about herself. Mrs. Lucille was our neighbor in the Avondale community and a caregiver for my mother(Ms. Daisy Ford). She was so helpful and supportive. She loved people and she will be missed.
Sorry for your loss

Mom Lucille was a absolute jewel to all that knew her, every time I would call the house, all the way from Philadelphia, she would greet me and all my siblings with some much love. She would say Robert, our baby is on the phone. Thanks Mom for loving us as your own from day 1. You will truly be missed. Our Dad, Pastpr Robert Williams, Sr truly adored her.
