Linda Ramsey's Obituary
Linda Sue Ramsey, 74, of Chattanooga, TN passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 31, 2026. She was born on June 27, 1951, in Boiling Springs, GA to Bryant Baker. Jr. and Rosa Mae Fields Baker.
Linda was married to George Lee Ramsey, Sr. Linda will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and giving spirit.
Linda was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Mae Baker; father, Bryant Baker, Jr.; brother, Roland Baker; sister, Earlene Baker Griffin; and nephew, James Jones, Jr.
Survivors include her son, George Ramsey, Jr; daughter, Angela Ramsey; granddaughters, Airelle Adkins, Jordon Adkins, and Nickellia Ramsey; sisters, Sharon (Willie) Mills, Patsy Ann Baker, Maxine (James) Jones; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Linda will lie-in-state on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at 12:00 noon at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel with Pastor Willie Mills as the Eulogist.
