Linda Charlotte Bibbins' Obituary
Linda Charlotte Bibbins, 77, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020 in a healthcare facility in Katy, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Bibbins; mother, Mildred Broom; father, Felix Williams; sisters, Gary Ann and Patricia Broom. Survivors include her sons, Shawn Owens and Reginald Owens, both of Houston, TX, Andre Bibbins and Fitzgerald Bibbins, both of Chattanooga; 15 grandchildren; 14 great- grandchildren; brother, Wayne Broom of Houston; sister, Loyett Owens of Chattanooga; and a host of other relatives and friends. Pastor Brandon Malone will serve as the eulogist.
