Letisha Laurice Walls' Obituary
Letisha Laurice Walls, 53, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2024, in a local hospital. She was a 1989 graduate of Howard High School and then went on to attend Chattanooga State Community College. She was a member of Faith Unlimited Ministries. Letisha was employed by Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute for 13 years. She was currently employed by Fowler Brothers Home and Patio. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Bentley, Jr; grandparents, Henry McKibben, Lottie McKibben, and Rosebud Bentley; uncle, Willie McKibben. Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Thomas Walls, II; sons, Terrence Marcel Bowman, Demetri Javor Douglas, both of Chattanooga, and E-4 Specialist US Army Bronson Thomas Walls of Nashville, TN; daughters, Kanesha Laurice Orr of Chattanooga, Kennedy Nevada Walls of Nashville, and Alexandra Luchen Adams of Covington, TN; 13 grandchildren; mother, Bobbie McKibben of Chattanooga; sisters, Cassandra (Arlandis) Ware, Sheila (Kevin) Hurt, both of Chattanooga, Selena (Jason) Dobson of Calhoun, GA, and Serena (Gene) Douglas of Chattanooga; uncle, Edward Bentley of Chattanooga; aunt, Shawanna Whiteside of Chattanooga; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Letisha will lie-in-state on Thursday, April 11, 2024, from 12:30-5:00 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Friday, April 12, 2024, at 12 noon in the chapel with Pastor Phynis Hall as the eulogist. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery.
