Leslie Diane Ware's Obituary
Leslie Diane Ware, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2023. She attended Kirkman Technical High School. She was employed at Akridge Homecare. Leslie was a member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her mother, Lillie E. Williams; father, James Martin; uncle, Willie Evans; and aunt, Betty Evans. Survivors include her husband of 11 years, Reginald W. Ware, Sr.; daughters, Kendra Evans and DeShuna Evans; stepsons, Reginald Ware, Jr., Lorenza Ware, and Darrius Ware; stepdaughter, ReKedia Ware; grandchildren, Antonio Sivels, Jr., Malik Hudson, and De-Sean Evans; stepfather, Israel Williams; brothers, Larry (Gladys) Evans, Sr. and Christopher (Claudine) Evans; sister, Angelica Paris; special nieces, My’Lyrica Brown and Sha Evans; nieces, La Tamara Evans and Ashley Walker; nephews, Marlon Evans, Larry Evans, Jr., Ronald Paris, Jr., Rodney Paris, and Tyler Evans; great-nieces, Anaca Prater, Akiria Goines, Jamila Evans, and Ry’Lei Paris, Jacobi Evans, Kingston Vines, and Jacairo Prater; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. Leslie will lie-in-state on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Wayne L. Johnson as the eulogist.
