Leroy "Ducie" Lyons, III's Obituary
Leroy “Ducie” Lyons III, 53, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2020 in a local hospital. He attended Howard High School Marching 100 and Ooltewah High School. He was a musician and loyal Deacon of World’s Church of the Living God. Leroy was preceded in death by his brother, Fredrick Ervin and stepfather, Freddie Ervin. Survivors include his cherished son, Jacob Lyons; father, Leroy Lyons, Jr.; mother, Glenda Lyons; brother, Jeffrey Lyons, all of Chattanooga; sisters, Sharon Ervin of Charlotte, NC and Ethel Ervin of Chattanooga; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Allen Harrington will serve as the eulogist. In lieu of flowers, send donations to St. Jude Hospital at 930 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37415.
