Leroy Baskin, Sr., 67, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023, in a local hospital. He was formerly employed by Louisville Textile. He was preceded in death by his parents, A.J. and Frankie Lee Baskin; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Louise Baskin; son, Leroy Baskin, Jr.; daughter, Kiley Carter; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 aunts; several nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Clyde Sanderfer will be the eulogist.
