LaViolet Mae McReynolds' Obituary
LaViolet Mae McReynolds, 75, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2019 at her residence. She retired in 1999 from Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute after 30 years of service. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. LaViolet was preceded in death by her parents, Wadie Eli and Jessie Mae Suttles; brothers, Bernard Suttles and Thomas Sparks; sister, Maxine Bell Cousin; daughter, Felecia Millsaps; sister-in-law, Rachel Sparks; and son-in-law, Lebron Sims. Survivors include her children, Johnny (Olivia) Millsaps, Jr., Gregory Millsaps, Esther Means (Chuck Adams), Angela (E. Howard) Lewis, Cornelius (Angela) Millsaps, and Janie Adams; brother, Wadie (Leonia) Suttles, II; sister, Patricia Suttles; brother-in-law, James Jones; a host grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be Friday, September 6, 2019 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Brother Mark Henderson giving the discourse.
