Laura May Bey, 86, of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022, in a local healthcare facility. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her son, Randolph Lowery, Sr. of Chattanooga; daughters, Chandra (Darryl) Finley of Flintstone, GA and Octavia Lowery of Chattanooga; grandsons, Minister Darrnelle Ellison and Randolph (Zoe) Lowery, Jr., both of Nashville, TN; a host of loved ones, very special friends, Virgil (LaFonda) McGee, Sr. of Chattanooga, and many other friends. Pastor Delford L. Hughley will serve as the eulogist.
